Security Officer – Luxury Five-Star Hotel | Mayfair

We are seeking an experienced, professional Security Officer to join a prestigious five-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair. This is a guest-facing role requiring exceptional presentation, confidence, and outstanding customer service alongside strong security experience.

Hours

• Day: 07:00–17:00
• Late: 17:00–02:00

Full flexibility, including weekends, is required. Day-shift-only applicants will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors with a professional, courteous approach.
• Maintain a visible security presence at the hotel entrance and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity to the in-house security team.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally with minimal disruption to guests.

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail preferred.
• Immaculate presentation and a confident, professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
